After inspiring some of its impressionable young viewers to pursue politics, The West Wing is back, briefly, to inspire an entirely different kind of movement. In a brand-new video on Funny or Die, Allison Janney, Dulé Hill, Joshua Malina, Melissa Fitzgerald, and William Duffy assemble for a brisk walk and talk to discuss a health initiative meant to get people—spoiler alert—walking and talking. (The video was produced for a real-world health campaign, Every Body Walk!) Like so many classic West Wing episodes, the payoff here involves Martin Sheen wearing a sweatband in the Oval Office. The downside, of course, is that the copycat Aaron Sorkin dialogue was not written by Sorkin (he’s busy writing an actual series for HBO right now and that the sequence does not include Bradley Whitfield’s Josh Lyman. Alas, this may be the last C.J. Cregg–Jed Bartlett Oval Office meeting, so enjoy it for what it is. In the fleeting words of Dulé Hill’s Charlie Young, “I had another walk and talk to go to, but I think I’ll stay with this one.”
