An unscripted, tween-hosted web series about books and life.

Best Friends Book Club

Best Friends Book Club is a tween-centered, unscripted, short-form, series introduced by film and television star Janel Parrish from Pretty Little Liars.  The show features a group of tweens both responding to a book and deep diving into the story and characters in a lively discussion of what’s important to them in their lives.

Accessible and entertaining for everyone, Best Friends Book Club is geared toward tween and young adult readers and consists of 3-to-5 minute episodes available at and syndicated through and Tumblr.

During the first group of episodes, four extraordinarily talented girls – Cam, Melissa, Kailey, and Carly – dig into one book and relate the story to their own real-life experiences. Filmed in a fun and eclectic clubhouse setting, the girls fill the show with youthful vitality allowing their personalities shine through. They guide the conversation and welcome viewers to contribute their own ideas through YouTube comments, Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Wattpad and Goodreads.
